What SaralPooja is

SaralPooja publishes step-by-step guides for performing pooja at home, in English, Hindi and Marathi. It is a reference you follow yourself. No priest, astrologer or other person is engaged on your behalf, and no ritual is performed for you.

Using the guides

The Ganesh Sthapana guide is free to read in full. You do not need an account, and we do not ask you to sign in to read anything. You may use the guides for your own household worship freely. You may not republish, resell or redistribute the text, translations, photographs or diagrams, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission.

Dakshina

Dakshina is a voluntary offering. Nothing on this site is withheld from anyone who does not give it, and giving it grants no additional content, access or service. Payments are collected through Razorpay; see the Refund Policy for what happens if you give one by mistake.

Accuracy, and its limits

Ritual practice varies by region, community and family. We have taken care with the vidhi, the mantras and the Sanskrit, but we do not claim any single form is the only correct one. Where our guide and your family's practice differ, follow your family. See the Disclaimer.

Changes

We may update the guides, prices, dakshina amounts and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are registered will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
