Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who refunds you

SaralPooja is a product of Bhrugu Astrology. Payments are taken by Bhrugu Astrology through Razorpay and appear on your statement under that name, and any refund is issued by the same business to the same card, UPI ID or account you paid from. A refund cannot be sent anywhere else.

What is sold, and what is not

Most of SaralPooja is free. The Ganesh Sthapana guide is free and complete, and on every guide the muhurta, the preparation, the samagri list and the arrangement plan are free to read without paying or signing in.

Some guides sell access to the rest — the step-by-step vidhi with its mantras, the katha, the aarti, the prasad and the falshruti. The Satyanarayan Pooja guide is one of these: ₹251 for 2 days of access to that one guide. The price and the duration are shown on the guide itself before you pay.

What you are buying

Access to one guide, for the period stated at checkout, for your own household use. Buying a guide does not unlock any other guide. Access begins the moment the payment is confirmed and is delivered immediately in your browser — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. When the access period ends it simply ends, and you are not billed again. You are free to buy the guide again later if you want it.

Refunds

Because the content is delivered in full and immediately on payment, a purchase is generally not refundable once the guide has been opened. This is the ordinary position for digital content that is consumed at once.

We will refund a purchase where any of the following is true. Write to us within 7 days, from the email used at checkout:

• You were charged but the guide did not unlock, and it could not be put right.
• You were charged twice for the same guide.
• You bought the wrong guide and have not opened the paid sections of it.

Outside those cases it is at our discretion, and we would rather hear from you than not: if the guide was not what the page led you to expect, tell us what was missing. That is information we want, whether or not it ends in a refund.

Where we agree to refund, it goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Their processing usually takes 5–7 working days to appear on your statement, which is outside our control.

Failed and duplicate payments

If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is usually held by the bank and reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. If it has not appeared by then, contact us with the date, amount and payment reference and we will trace it with Razorpay.

Dakshina

Dakshina is a voluntary offering made after the fact, not a purchase. It buys no content, no access and no service, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to deliver.

Dakshina is not refundable

A dakshina, once given, is not refunded. It is an offering, not a transaction: there is no order to cancel, no delivery to fail and no service to withdraw. Please give only what you mean to give, and check the amount on the payment page before you confirm it.

The one exception is an obvious error — a duplicate payment, or an amount clearly not intended, such as a slip between ₹101 and ₹1001. Write to us within 7 days, from the email or phone used at checkout, and we will look at it and do what is fair. This is at our discretion rather than a right, and it is not a change-of-mind window.
