There is nothing to buy

The Ganesh Sthapana guide is free and complete. Nothing on this site is sold, and nothing is withheld behind a payment.

Dakshina

Dakshina is a voluntary offering made after the fact, not a purchase. It buys no content, no access and no service, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to deliver.

If you gave one by mistake

Mistakes happen — a wrong amount, a duplicate tap, a payment you did not mean to make. Write to us within 7 days of the payment, from the email or phone number used at checkout, and we will refund it in full. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Their processing usually takes 5–7 working days to appear on your statement, which is outside our control.

Failed and duplicate payments

If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is usually held by the bank and reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. If it has not appeared by then, contact us with the date, amount and payment reference and we will trace it with Razorpay.
