Why this exists
Most families want to do the pooja themselves, and most of the time the thing stopping them is not devotion but detail. Which day. What to buy, and what to do when the shop does not have it. What to say, and what the words mean. What order it all goes in. That knowledge usually lives with a purohit or with an elder, and it is easy to lose in a generation.
SaralPooja writes it down — plainly, in the language you think in, step by step, with every mantra explained rather than just printed.
How the guides are written
The vidhi, the mantras and their order come from a Guruji who performs these poojas. We then work through each step asking the questions a family actually asks: does this have to be exact, what if we do not have this, is it still complete if we skip it. The answers are in the guide, because they are the part that lets someone begin.
Everything is written in English, Hindi and Marathi — not machine-translated after the fact, but carried in all three from the start. The Devanagari of a mantra is identical in every version; only the explanation around it changes.
Free, and why
The Ganesh Sthapana guide is free and complete. There is no account, no sign-in and nothing held back. A guide that stops at the first mantra is not a guide.
Dakshina is offered at the end, voluntarily, by anyone who wants to. Most of it goes to the Guruji whose knowledge this is. A small part keeps the site and its servers running and helps us write the next guide.
